Last night the girls showed generational solidarity by attending the Fashion Fringe showcase for young designers. Cheshire-born William Tempes’ vampish green neon blazers and slinky femme fatale cocktail dresses would have brilliantly suited a starlet on a club prowl; Go By a Secret Path, by Eun Jeong, was the winner, selected by a panel of judges that included Donatella Versace, Natalie Massenet of Net-a-Porter.com, and Roland Mouret.

Fashion dress collections of all designers are unique and stylish. These designer dresses are best for your fantasy. The Seoul-born designer for the winning label had artfully crafted a radiant, romantic collection all in white.

The last magazine, a biannual is launching this autumn and due to be famous during fashion week. He always wanted to do a magazine for and about our generation. Phillip Lim’s style at New York Fashion Week

Phillip Lim

The New York Fashion Week continues to grant all the fashion lovers, a reason to look fashionable and chic. The big shots of the fashion industry have come together to create a wave of excitement among the style freaks. It is actually a great feeling to encounter the exclusivity of the designer collections presented by the masters of fashion. The designer collection by Phillip Lim is always awaited by the populace with intense eagerness. I myself am crazy about the collection by this virtuoso designer. The style and the designs are intensely creative and the innovations with the fabric are extremely mind-blowing.

This year, however, I found that the outfits are a bit redundant in the sense that they cover almost the whole body which looks a bit outdated. The outfits also do not lend a stylish air to the wearer. I think that the designer has tried to experiment with the popular style. In my opinion, the reduction in the length of some of the apparels would lend great appearance to them. There are some outfits which I find stylish in the collection.

These look trendy and are wearable unlike the collection by designers like Marchesa whose outfits take you to a world beyond reality. Nonetheless, the designer remains a hot favorite of mine, and of all those who like innovative and fashionable stuff.

Designers for the New Gen shows

Here is exciting news for all the people interested in the happenings of the fashion world. I know, it is only December, but I would excite you with the news of the announcement of the names of the designers who would most probable bring laurels to one of the most awaited fashion shows of the industry. Yes, the British Council has announced the names of the participants who will contribute to the London Fashion Week and its most awaited events of the New Gen shows.
I was already expecting the names of many of these renowned fashion tycoons. They are Duro Olowu, Christopher Kane and Todd Lynn. Of course, how can we imagine the shows without Louise Goldin, Marios Schwab, and Erdem?
There will obviously be some newcomers who will flaunt their talent and sense of fashion. They are Meadham Kirchoff and Krystof Strozyna.
Samples of the apparels designed by them are displayed in the above pictures. The first two from the left are by Strozyna. I love the exclusivity of the jewels and belts in the collection. The ones on the right are by Kirchoff. I am eagerly looking forward to the collections by all these designers. What about you?

Tao Kurihara Designer Wear: Paris Fashion Week

Tao Kurihara

The Paris Fashion Week is continuing with the different ways of displaying style. Each designer is renowned in the fashion circle and is ready to display the creativity and innovation that fashion demands every moment. This is the essence of style. Unusual and new things create an impression on the audience.

One similar fashion designer, who has created imprints on the minds of the style-lovers, is Tao Kurihara. The beautiful apparels displayed on 2 October 2007 at the city of fashion were so unusual that none could overlook them.

Tao Kurihara

The Japanese designer showed a blend of tradition and innovation in the spring/summer collection presented on the great day.

I love the style because of the bizarre look of the collection. The knots were prevalent trend of many outfits. The head-wear was also a bit different with the use of jute and similar things. The colors used in the entire collection were a bit mundane, but I think that the designer believes in giving strange patterns to the outfits which actually speak for themselves.

Other designers flaunting their collection at the Paris Fashion Week were Tsumori Chisato, Vanessa Bruno, Balmain, Vivienne Westwood, Junya Watanabe, Robert Normad, Gaultier, Dice Kayek, Stanislassia Klein, Karl Lagerfeld, John Galliano, Andrew Gn and many more.

Robert Normand Booms the Paris Fashion Week

Robert Normand

It was the first time that an emerging designer Robert Normand became a part of this grand fashion week. He has already created a strong ground for himself in this field since his first collection in 2000, but with his entry to the Paris Fashion Week, he will become an internationally acclaimed designer of merit.

The experts in the art were surprised to find the budding creativity and emergent talent in his style. The ready-to-wear collection presented by him was applauded by all the onlookers for the finesses of style and design. The coherence and expertise of tailoring has corroborated to impress the elite members of fashion group. His target group is the young people who want to possess a trendy, sensual, yet sophisticated look.

Robert Normand

The colors that govern the style are white, black, grey and similar ones. Jersey knits, broken patterns of embroidery, baby-doll outfits with apparently elevated hemline, mounted sleeves are some of the features of the designer collection. The innovative look of the silhouettes is worth positive reception. His designs are very tempting for the target audience.
