Imagine the wackiest you can get with designing a pair of shoes? Adding a few shells? Studding them with diamonds? Making them in silk? You are not at it yet. The latest Giuseppe Zanotti sandals beat all.  They have gone ahead and used fish bones in making a sandal. But the animal rights activists should not raise their eye brows as the fish bones in question are made of silver metal encrusted with crystals. Phillip Lim’s style at New York Fashion Week

Phillip Lim

The New York Fashion Week continues to grant all the fashion lovers, a reason to look fashionable and chic. The big shots of the fashion industry have come together to create a wave of excitement among the style freaks. It is actually a great feeling to encounter the exclusivity of the designer collections presented by the masters of fashion. The designer collection by Phillip Lim is always awaited by the populace with intense eagerness. I myself am crazy about the collection by this virtuoso designer. The style and the designs are intensely creative and the innovations with the fabric are extremely mind-blowing.

This year, however, I found that the outfits are a bit redundant in the sense that they cover almost the whole body which looks a bit outdated. The outfits also do not lend a stylish air to the wearer. I think that the designer has tried to experiment with the popular style. In my opinion, the reduction in the length of some of the apparels would lend great appearance to them. There are some outfits which I find stylish in the collection.

These look trendy and are wearable unlike the collection by designers like Marchesa whose outfits take you to a world beyond reality. Nonetheless, the designer remains a hot favorite of mine, and of all those who like innovative and fashionable stuff.
